Weatherspoons in Andover Undoubtedly the worst steaks that I have eaten anywhere in the world. Useless Management that couldn't care less about customer service or attention to detail. Staff member commented that "it was the worst steaks he'd ever seen..... he'd seen better meat coming out of a crematorium!" Eat in a Weatherspoons at your peril!Aged steaks because they probably come from the local funeral home!

Food is absolutely amazing so is the service but the branch in Liverpool street is absolutely terrible as I see staff being treated horribly by one of the female managers she looks quite old her attitude and tone when talking to the staff make me want to cry its absolutely terrible!!

Bar manager was told my card was being used illegally. Some table was ordering drinks to their table. While I was sat in East Kilbride Scotland. He said nothing he could do about it . Great way to run a business . I don't think I would have felt as bad if it was a nice place but come on . If you need to steal money to buy drink in Wetherspoons. Then you have made some seriously bad life decisions. . Great job bar manager

Gary Cooper in dunstable ,the bar staff are nonexistent and extremely slow. How you make money in this place is debatable, they all need a kick up the backside...terrible.

Called into a Chesterfield weatherspoon on Wednesday the 23rd of AugustI waited at the bar to be served the staff number chose to serve one of the regulars before me when I politely said excuse me the staff member screeched at me "I've only got one pair of hands you will have to wait "He then went in yo tell me to step away from the bar as I wasn't being served when I politely asked yo see his manager !!!!The manager arrived he basically accused me of not telling the truth me and my husband left without a drink and went into a far nicer pub in Chesterfield where we recieved excellent service we will never enter a witherspoon pub again .

I'm speaking about the bell in the middle of Norwich in Norfolk. I regularly go there but I'm really thinking of not going there again because it'd be nice to be able to sit outside in the sunshine at the front without going home and smelling of smoke and while actually being there, without breathing in smoke. Everybody's cigarette smoke stinks and makes me feel ill...there's a huge no smoking sign which a lot of people just ignore and sit there smoking away and the security guards, people on the door people who can see this who work for you, the bar staff collecting glasses outside so walking past these smokers sitting in the no smoking area, all just ignore the fact that people are smoking in the no smoking area.Your staff witness this but do nothing about it... what's the point of having no smoking areas if it's not adhered to and people who don't smoke want to sit outside but are made to feel uncomforty and breathing other people smoke when it's not our choice to smoke...the law was passed years ago that smoking is banned in public places... no smoking areas should be no smoking!!!!!I'm really thinking of complaining about this to head office as it's becoming a real issue, a real problem and the smokers think that they can do what they like sitting in the no smoking area and blatantly smoking in front of everybody, thus defying rules that are set in place for genuine specific reasons!!!!!!
