2 absolute idiot ladies working in this store. They told me that I would get an original glazed doughnut for £2 but then said that because I purchased a box of 24, they could not honour the deal, they were the ones that recommended me to buy the bix of 24. Then they told me I qualify for a birthday treat through my app. I added it to my wallet, and they charged me for the birthday treat. I then told them that I think I have been overcharged, they simply didn't even want to hear me out. After a few minutes they agreed to reprint the receipt and then no apologies for overcharging me. Never going back to this store again.

Lovely staff, very good customer service and amazing donut selection. The coffee and flavour syrups are fantastic, definitely under rated compared to the high street coffee shops.

I had a few hours spare last Friday afternoon and thought I would give Krispy Kreme a go for the first time in store. Great service and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my donut and coffee and will hopefully visit again. Will maybe join their loyal card scheme if it works out cheaper with promotions.

Popped in while shopping to get there kids a treat.The girl on the till pointed out an offer where we could get 4 donuts for a cheaper price so we went with that.All the donuts were full on the shelves. We had the chocolate sprinkles and fudge brownie donuts. Both were delicious without being sickly.There’s a few tables to eat in store which looked clean and clear of food.Love these donuts will deffo return.
Had a jaffanut today and ate it on the same day and it was hard and stale to the taste! Not worth £2.75! How anyone can charge that with a nasty hard donut is shocking!The filling was meh ok. I dont get why the donuts are so expensive now and the quality has gone way down!Will stick to the greggs donuts from now on!
