Ordered the full platter via the app for takeaway. Took it home...Chicken was nice and juicy, sides were still hot & the service I received when collecting my order was top notch. Can't wait to go back.

Argumentative supervisor Irene. Manager wasn’t around. Chicken was pretty tough. Complained about one of the items being overdone and supervisor spent 15 minutes arguing about it. 0 customer service aptitude. Needs to go on a course. Generally customer service is good at Nando’s. Maybe it’s just this Watford branch. Not planning on going back.

The most run down terrible condition nandos I've ever been to, the rear sitting area is horrific tables floor seats are all battered...staff and food great, company needs to spend some money and tidy place up..

The worst restaurant for delivery! The driver took ages to bring the food. He told me that Nando’s make him wait 20min for the food, that should have been ready at the time the driver received the call to pick up! The restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time ! Very slow service , the worse for deliveries ! If you can order from another restaurant, never again from them .

We went for an early dinner this evening with our 2 year old and despite having technical issues the staff were really attentive in ensuring we got our food quickly. Both Elton and Irene were especially kind and helpful. We will continue to be regular customers!
