Went on a Saturday which was very busy. Waited half an hour for order to be filled, not too happy. However waiting staff very helpful and apologetic. Food worth waiting for.

Ended up grabbing a nando’s on valentines after being let down by a local restaurant. Seated straight away, food out in 10 minutes, lovely staff!!

BAD PLACE TO EAT!Rude staff. Food comes out cold and when complain no apology and brings the food back out once the rest of the meal has been eaten. Also chips just on the side of the plate which we didn’t ask for!

Ordered a meal costing £40 total with a peri peri bbq pot as sometimes find Nando’s quite dry. They sent every sauce except the one I ordered and when I called to ask for it to be delivered they kept repeating ‘we cannot redeliver but we will refund £1 for the pot’. £1 when a £40 meal is ruined and I can’t get what I ordered actually delievered. Pathetic rubbish customer service and mediocre food.
Food warm. Wine warm. Manager rude. Horrible experience. Eat elsewhere. Management don't reply. They don't care.Should have gone to a better establishment which is easy as everything else seems better.Such a shame as I thought Nandos was good.

We had no booking but there were a couple of tables free.Had a half chicken and chips, with a wing roulette. Food was ok, although the wings were nothing special. The staff were friendly and attentive however.I wanted a glass of red and this came in a can. Unfortunately, the can had been refrigerated so I was drinking chilled red wine! Someone needs to tell them red wine is not chilled.That aside, it was good.

Usually, we go to the other (Met centre) store.What stood out was Caleb (front of house), Altun, service, Timi (service), and Genevieve (till) and their really enthusiastic and helpful attitude.These people are absolute credit to Nandos and hope they get their credit and reward.
