Ordered online and it took 1 hour 25 mins to arrive. I called the shop 10 times until they answered the phone. They gave me excuses and promised the pizza is on its way which was a lie. When the pizza arrived it was barely warm. RIDICULOUS. I will never order again

Today I placed order 7:35pm when we order he says half an hour after 90 min not received order and I spoke manager Vinay and he provide worst customer care and says come to collect after pay for delivery charges . PLEASE NEVER ORDER this Watford store st Alban

Avoid this disgusting restaurant and the manager Virek lied and lied about the food. The most dishonest guy ever encountered in any restaurant. Rude and dishonest and disgusting food. Other reviews tell the same story -- the blame is with Virek. Close this restaurant.

Should not get any stars. Order online Wait 90 mins. No pizza. Phone not answered. Hungry hangry family. After two hours no pizza. We should have learnt. Never again. Absolute s*** show.

Shocking service from this store, order wrong on arrival, but was sorted once called and reported. Within in this order we ordered oreo bites which had no oreo in whatsoever, we pulled these apart to try see exactly what was going on, again rang the store and reported again new item was dropped off, but demanded we give the old one's back, the the driver then proceeded to argue with me telling me we ate the inner contents, "saying this no good" "this is no good" accusing me of lying. An absolute abysmal service would not recommend
This place is a rip-off!! Avoid to order here. They overcharge the pizzas, I asked for the receipt and they said they couldn’t give it. We order by phone 2 pizzas, he charged us £10 more and he said it was by mistake, afterwards he said he can make us another pizza. Be careful!

Fix your alarm! People live here and work shifts, we shouldn't be woken every other day by your piercing alarm at 8am, I'm contacting the council, I've had enough.Once it is fixed I will remove this review.

Refrain from using St.Albans road, Watford. I have been a customer for many years. When they forgot my garlic pizza bread sticks they refused to rectify or take the rest of my order back and refund. When i opened my actual pizza the order was entirely incorrect. I would of let this slide on this occasion however their customer service was so dibological that they have lost a customer. I reccomend you use Dominios Bushey.

I have never had a worse experience from Papa Johns than today. My food took 90 minutes to arrive, it arrived cold, and the staff think it’s okay to lie to customers and put the phone down on them when they ask for a refund. I am flabbergasted that they make enough money to trade if this is how they treat their customers. The worst experience of my life and frankly makes me think Dominos would be better. ??
