Worst experience I have had at a premiere inn. place was unkempt, walls were like paper - could hear everything , reception never manned - waited ages to get served - truly awful - we couldn’t bear to stay another night .

Don't let the put you in room 1! The door bags all night long zero sleep on night 1 moved rooms second night.

Stayed here for one night....never again! Room was very damp and freezing cold. Windows were covered in condensation. Supposedly white bedding was grey and looked old. We've stayed in Premier Inns and this was by far the worst. Staff were friendly but only one person running the reception and bar. Key cards didn't work so we had to be escorted to our rooms every time we went out and returned. Tea and coffee machine wasn't working when we went down for breakfast. We ended up walking out. Over priced for such a dated hotel.

Clearly going through some staff challenges. One or two not pulling their weight.Had to wait around for both check in and seat for breakfast.Shame as I've been here plenty of times before and it was well organised.

Stay here often for business, and it's what you expect for a premier inn. Most use this hotel for harry potter world so it's ideal for

Sadly going downhill like many other PI locations. dirty breakfast room, no hot selections first morning. Coffee machine broken throughout stay. Generally tatty.Been using for 12 years but will not return following this most recent experience.

This place is perfectly located 5 minutes walk to a train station, 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre and 3 minutes walk to a massive Tesco’s and 10 minutes drive to Warner brothers studio. The room was warm and clean with a very comfortable bed.The breakfast was hot and plentiful and the staff were amazing

Awful hotel. Did not feel like your usual premier Inn. It was that horrible, that we left as we couldn’t bare to stay another night.

It was a good stay, nice beds and room were tidy and clean. The only thing which was negative was the breakfast as we arrived 9.30 and there was no cereal or fruit left. Which after paying for a meal deal, you are not really getting value. But overall, good location, bottom end of town. It is very near an overground station that has been renamed to the Lioness line. Next door to a main Tesco and Next. There is plenty of parking on hotel grounds.

Excellent hotel. Clean, a few minutes walk to the city centre too. The breakfast was superb. They did gluten free toast for my child and even offered to cook the bacon, eggs etc separately. It's spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. They have a little bar which has Worthington on tap plus a few others. We're definitely going to stay there again as it's just a 20 minute drive to the studio where you can do the Harry Potter tour! I highly recommend this hotel.

Good service, they helped me change rooms upon request! The room is great, I want to put 4.5 for the rooms but that wasn’t really an option. The only reason why I would put that is because the walls are thin. But other than that I got the bath tub I wanted which surprisingly fills FAST! Like in less than 10min. The bed is super warm and comfy, it was easy to control the temperature of the room, and we got great channel options on the tv. Honestly didn’t know what else to sayDown side is parking you have to pay £6 a day

Stayed at premier inns a fair few times over the years and never had an issue however this time was awful! The room we got was nice however the bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy in places causing back pain keeping me awake. Never again will i be staying at a premier inn. EDIT was told by reception to call customer services on the Monday to get a refund however customer services told us the sleep guarantee ( shown on their website) didnt apply as it was supposedly a new mattress this has left me feeling robbed we paid £160ish for 2 nights only to be kept awake by a substandard mattress only to recieve worse customer service.
