In my years of buying from Pret I have never experienced such low quality of customer service. Staff is erratic and the hot drink served lukewarm. The staff was argumentative when I reminded them that I had ordered an extra hot drink.

First time here. Ordered food, pastries and coffees. It took the him 5 min to take my payment via card. The coffees were horrendous. Americano very weak. Caramel latte, could not taste the caramel. I complained. They didn’t seem bothered at all or even care about the customer.The tables are disgusting. The customer next to me had to clean his own table with spray as they couldn’t be bothered.Been going to Prets for as long I can remember but this branch is awful! Avoid!

You literally have 2 tables and a counter and you CANNOT KEEP THESE CLEAN, and you are charging extra for eat-in????? What a joke! I didn’t take a photo of the table before actually cleaning it myself, but I did take a photo of the floor under the table. Disgusting.

I was served by Aspazia Mi S. The poorest service, I have ever experienced. I do not know how they even hired her, her face looks moody even when she smiles. She should not be customer facing. The food on the other hand was good and generally clean within. I personally won't be going there again and wish you all the best if you are served by her !

Since I bought the Prets subscription they have come up with clever business tactics like taking away the nice smoothies and replaced it with squash. I will not be renewing.

Ordered online twice, both times did not receive the full order but the full price was taken but no refund. No one answers the phone there is no way to contact anyone.

The customer service from the elderly lady was awful! No hello no please no thank you!! Very abrupt behaviour. The guy behind the counter was more pleasant but please train this lady. If you can’t give basic customer service don’t serve them.

This branch has gone downhill over several years. It operates a “cleaning on demand” policy. Meaning that your table will only be cleaned if you ask for it. The staff look grubby in dirty fleece jackets and ripped leggings. I saw a server wipe their nose with the palm of their hand and then continue to make the coffee. Made me feel nauseous. I will now be actively boycotting all pret venues. Very poor.
