We came after a trip to the Warner Bros studio tour, and were ravenous over 4 hours of walking. Fortunately this place is very nearby, and the food was absolutely delicious. Big thumbs up for the lamb biryani, which is so moist you don't even need a vegetable curry with it (though we did order a tarka dhal, which was lovely). Everything was beautifully spiced without blowing your mouth out. Will definitely come back if we do the Harry Potter tour again. Highly recommend!

I found this place on Google, the other positive reviews aren't lying! I had a takeout with my girlfriend, they made it quickly and called me when it was ready, friendly and polite. There was lots of food, even a couple of extra sauces for the poppadoms. The food was very good, my girlfriend liked the veg korma so much that she made me write this review! 10/10, would return

These guys are THIEVES!! The get stock from their suppliers and rip them off for 10s of thousands of pounds. Jilu and the other owner are complete cowards and CONS. Stay well clear

So... five stars? Really from this guy who hardly gives such things? Well the Minnesota Madman is globetrotting yet again. This time with my Dad and a close family friend . They are both Vegetarian and needed a good Indian meal. Was it good? Yes. Five stars? Definitely 4. But the service was really amazing. The cook and his cousin, the Manager made us feel so welcome. They sat with us and introduced us to other guests at the restaurant. Shares their family history and said so very kindly: if you need anything, even if it's not on the menu... just ask and we will make it for you.

I came with yesterday and was the only people there and despite this the service was truly top tier. I felt comfortable and very attended to. The server wearing glasses was very nice friendly and funny. I would recommend going just to experience his company.

I wish I could give this restaurant no stars DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL. Everything about this restaurant was bad the food service atmosphere. We decided to order 2 starters and because the food was so bad we decided to leave and go somewhere else however when we tried paying the bill they were rude and screaming at us because we didn’t order more food. They refused to give us the bill and when we tried paying the guy made up a number for us to pay. We got screamed at by them the food was disgusting so I would suggest you do not go there and go where you can get your moneys worth because this place is not it. Furthermore the whole time we were there they made us feel very uncomfortable by looking at us weirdly and secondly by forcing us to order food we are customers so it’s our choice what we want to eat. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!

Came here when it first opened and I think it specialised in Southern Indian cuisine.It’s menu is now what I suppose is standard British Indian cuisine but it was bloody lovely.The best curry I’ve had in Watford in a long time.

We visited after spending the day at the harry potter studio tours. The food was absolutely delicious, one of the best curries we've ever had. Jib, Sham and Abby were great, good company and made some great reccomendations. Really good value too. Thanks!

Could not recommend this place enough! I’m quite fussy about Indian food and this place ticked all the boxes. The service was lovely and the food was superb. It was a really relaxed atmosphere, the waiter/owner was so kind. If I’m ever back in Watford I’ll certainly be coming here again !
