My food was amazing but I feel the waitress gave me and my friends the energy that she just didn’t want to be there, constant eye rolling and ignoring us for the table behind us as she knew the

Family meal after visiting Harry Potter. All the staff were excellent, great atmosphere and the food was good. Everyone there made a massive fuss of my son whose birthday it was and were so friendly. 100% would recommend as a place to eat, especially as it's so close to Harry Potter and a local premier inn.

We went here for my grandson's birthday, booked ahead and were told that they were fully booked and couldn't fit us in until 2pm, I arrived a bit early at 1:30pm and the place was virtually empty, couldn't have been more than 15 people there.I waited a couple of minutes and no one approached the booking desk where it said, wait to be served, so I went inside and attracted someone's attention and gave him the details of our booking and was seated at our table. I ordered a drink and slowly the rest of the party arrived. The menu I was given had dried up food stuck to it, not very hygienic?.We were all seated by 1:50, but we had to then call a server over to take our orders, our starters arrived and were ok, we waited a while for our main courses, I ordered the Ultimate Cheese Dipper burger, to say I was hugely disappointed would be an understatement, I ate the fries and then proceeded to deconstruct the burger, it was far too big to eat normally, I started with the meat, I had a bite and it was very dense aha dry, I put some ketchup on the burger but it was no good, it was like chewing rubber, this put me off my food and I couldn't eat another bite.Staff were difficult to find, there was no one on the shop floor to call over, we had to wait until someone appeared from the staff area and attract their attention if we needed anything, I brought the matter to their attention and to their credit that removed the meal from our bill, however I must say that so no point did anyone ask how the food was, or thank us for our custom.I asked one server if it was possible to close the door as we were sat right next to eat and the draft was bothersome and cold, she replied that it had to stay open to attract customers, so they'd know it was open?, I would have thought an open sign on the door and the fact the lighting was on and people were eating would do that, as couple of minutes later I asked a different server and she promptly closed the door without any fuss.In summary, I would avoid TGI's and go elsewhere, the food was mediocre at best and the service was shockingly awful.Parking: Ample free parkingKid-friendliness: The staff were friendly and sang happy birthday to my grandsonWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access

Incredibly expensive for the quality of the food and portion size. It was Christmas eve and the place was empty, it always used to be very busy on the 24th Dec, but it looks like they've priced out their customers. The staff were friendly though. We won't be rushing back. Shame really.

Had a lovely time being served by Agata. Was served in a timely manner, had a lovely atmosphere due to her friendliness and understanding. Allergies and intolerances were taken seriously, and I was advised which foods I could order and how they could adjust others. Would definitely

Kimberly was fantastic. Really attentive and looked after us well. The service from the kitchen was slow, there was no kid’s colouring available but she was happy and kind and stopped it being so

It was ok. The waitress was nice there were way too few of them, even with loads of empty tables. The burger was so so, it felt like it was cooked and kept warm for too long. The location from the Harry Potter Studio Tour was good.

We went here tonight for dinner,we had an amazing experience. The food was amazing,as usual with tgi Fridays. The potato skins were really delicious, crispy but not burnt so cooked really well.Tasted delicious even the bacon and cheese. The potato skins were beautifully presented and nice and hot,the sour cream dip added flavour too!The Times Square big share looked really good too.The messy burger was really delicious too,bun tasted nice not stale, the cheese was delicious too and the beef was well cooked too and tasted delicious. They even left a bit of cheese on the side too without me asking which was nice and the chips were delicious and really well salted and crispy. Also the fresh fruits and orange sundae was really delicious as well, tasted delicious and really refreshing.I’m so glad I got strawberries with it as well as I thought I needed a bit of fruit but naughty me I haven’t had any fruit this weekend so I’m glad I was able to have a bit of fruit! Our waiter Conner was lovely too, very enthusiastic, bubbly and very friendly. The manager was also fantastic and took good care of my gluten free allergy,he said that fajitas and burgers etc were gluten free and something re-assuring he said that the gluten free bun was the same quality as the one with gluten and that was nice to know we were being treated equally as I often feel as if I’m a second class citizen for being gluten free when I go out to eat.Sercvice was really efficient apart from the drinks where we saw the milkshakes being sat on the bar pass for 15 minutes ,thankfully they tasted good(I had strawberry). The Doctor peppers was sat on the bar pass for about 10 minutes but got delivered to us 5 minutes before the milkshakes were delivered.Atmosphere was good too,the TVs were huge, much bigger than tgis usual TVs.They were showing Gasthead vs Halifax football on the tele. The music was quietly playing in the background. However the bell was really loud! The toilets were clean and memrobilia was fantastic too including album covers from famous artists such as Rihanna,Rolling Stones,Lionel Richie,Queen,Nirniva etc.Would highly recommend and thanks for getting our stomachs from completely empty to completely full.

Took a while to be seated and the staff weren’t welcoming. Took 20 minutes for a server to take our order and another 20 minutes for our starter to come. My main meal didn’t arrive and so my partners meal got cold and had to eat separately. Took a while for them to bring it after complaining and had to ask for the bill twice. Overall, the staff lack attentiveness and the portion sizes are small and overpriced. Disappointed by the service and left unsatisfied. Would not recommend this location.
