Awful, coercive behaviour from Viento Online.I posted an accurate negative review of my experience with them here, as their conduct towards me showed a lack of integrity, and rather than acknowledge their misactions, their response is to threaten me with legal action.Karma is there, and I will carry on and order coffee from Roasters who treat their ex- customers properly and don't coerce and threaten them.

A really nice small coffee shop, coffee has really good quality, I usually buy coffee beans here and I always get nice service and recommendations. I tried also their cakes and they were lovely, if you are looking for a nice spot to grab a coffee you should try this one, ladies are great and always nice.

I am a regular. I regularly buy 500g of ground coffee and cappuccinos. Today, I visited the shop, and I ordered a cappuccino and 500g of ground coffee. The girl told me that there were no large lids for the large cups and only small lids, so I accepted to get the cappuccino in the smaller cup.She charged me £3.50 for the cappuccino, saying that the price is the same no matter the size of the cup. Since when is the price the same for a smaller cup for a cappuccino? When ordering a cappuccino, the cappuccino typically goes in the larger cup. The larger cups are the regular cups. I was never asked for the size when ordering a cappuccino because it goes in the regular/larger cup. But to charge me the same when you did not have the proper lids and also have an attitude is unacceptable.

I was a regular. Shame about the WiFi no longer being available. I used to love coming here and iit was my treat for the week. I normally come here for some "me time". I like to browse on Pinterest pickling up ideas for house projects. I am not obsessed with my phone/tablet but It is nice to have WiFi and the choice of whether I use it or not should be mine/the customer's. As I come in alone I don't have anybody to talk to so it has put me off. In the beginning the owner was charming and I always had a brief chat with him when I went there. Now, he just ignores me and this has been the case for some time now. Once I asked for the door to be closed as it was a really cold day only to be told that the owner wants to keep it open...... Shame as the coffee is good....

I'm disappointed with their coffee as they oversteaming the milk and as a result you get unpleasant taste experience. I definitely can recommend their coffee beans they feel much more tasty than the other local roasters.

We always buy our coffee beans from here, its by far the best coffee we've had! It is a bit expensive but its worth the price for us. There's lots of different types and they will grind the beans for you if you need. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful whenever we've been.

Very nice and cosy café, lovely lady served me today, I just ordered a coffee that tasted good but why are they served in a take away cups!? It damages the flavour and it’s so much nicer to have coffee in a porcelain cup. I believe it’s easier to just throw it away, don’t bother to clean the cups but on the other hand take away cups go to the landfill and there they will stay there forever. The other downside is cash payment for probably transactions below £5. I believe there is a service charge of let’s say 2% but it doesn’t matter if you spend £3 or £20 there still will be a 2% charge, right? If not, then owner should have a look on other payment providers. It’s a cosy café with nice decor, friendly stuff but please serve the coffee in white, porcelain cups for those who want to sit down for a moment and enjoy their americano ☕️!

I have had coffee in here previously and it is good. However, there is a £5 minimum spend on card payments. I never carry cash and I don’t want to spend more than £5 on buying additional items. Hopefully they will change their policy. So when I have popped by, I’ve walked away when realising. They do direct you over the road to the cash point.

Great coffees and fresh coffee beans too. Amazing to have a roasters so close that do some amazing blends too.Well worth getting a coffee here along with a bag of beans if you brew at home. And yes they will grind those beans if you don't have a home grinder!

Really delicious coffee. An oasis in a not v exciting area. I needed beans too so bought a bag of the house blend - Windmill - and it’s excellent. Mark off for a min £5 spend on card.

Having tried the coffee from Viento I can honestly say that you don’t get better coffee from anywhere else around. The flavour, the aroma and body is second to none. If you are mad about coffee give this company a try, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. For me is the one place to go. AAAA+++++++
