Having ordered and paid for my flat white. I waited while 5 people were served before me. When I questioned staff, they had no record of my order. I showed my bank receipt and was given a refund with NO apology or reason why this happened. Very poor service and badly supervised staff. After 7 years, will not be going again!

2 girls worked really hard with an ever expanding clientele. Nobody picking up the dirty stuff all over the place. Yet again I had to clear my own table. This place really does need some help abd a bloody good clean up.Coffee still the best in town otherwise wouldn't bother going here.

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years now and do not normally complain. However after todays negative experience I felt obliged to leave a review. After being served this morning from Ruby, which I believe to be a new member of staff. I expressed to her that it was not at the correct temperature and taste. Her response to my complaint was rude with a bad attitude in my request to make a coffee worth the money requested by your company. She claimed she was a manager, however did not act or communicate as such. This is at least my 5th bad experience at this branch and I have never complained before. I ended up leaving with no product, based on the negative customer service received.
A welcome opportunity to rest and refresh halfway through a Saturday ramble through countryside around Welwyn Garden City. Unfortunately, service was a little slow - owing to the branch being woefully understaffed for such a popular cafe. However, those there did their best and a slightly longer pause was also a blessing in the circumstances. The coffee was reinvigorating and fuelled the rest of the ramble.
