If you're here wondering whether to go for a Domino's or Pizza Hut..... And you love your deep pan, juicy hot thick base pizzas, then the Halden's team create a gorgeous offering - go for it.... And keep doing it.You only get a deep pan base when ordering large, but re-heated they are still lush and nothing's wasted.On your receipt, there's a bogof voucher deal but do the survey quicker than we tried as it expires.Lovely delivery guy Sampath and Prakash were sparkly and engaging, helped to bring a tasty meal and this can help give him some +ve feedback.Every pizza ? now we can simply reply on looking forward to Pizza Hut "down Halden's.Chicken Supreme plus Vegetable Supreme, large bogof and delicious!!!!Thanks Team.

Every time I order from welwyn Pizza hut I am greeted with joyful smiles from an excellent staff member Mr. Naresh who goes above and beyond for the needs of their customers.I am pleased with the richness and taste of the pizza and the toppings used. Looking forward for my next order again.

Fancied a pizza so I ordered one. Koti Reddy delivered my pizza but unfortunately due to Waze App he had trouble finding the address, as according to Waze, our street doesn't exist. He was very apologetic and sincere. The restaurant rang us without any hesitation, apologised and resent the order. This time it was very hot and very good. Best customer service we have received from a takeaway in a very long time. Thanks again ??

Placed a collection order online and went to get it. The lady at the desk was really lovely, food was ready and fresh. She even offered to help me take it to the car.

Have ordered several takeaways from PH at Halands and the food is usually excellent. Pizzas are very good, garlic bread not so good, and the portion of potato wedges small sometimes.
Food good.However, no bottled drink delivered. Driver said the drink has been forgotten, and will go back to grab it. 1 hour 50 minutes later still no sign. Phoned up the restaurant and was told “I have no idea when it will be delivered.”

So because I did order yesterday on Deliveroo and give a bad review ( I never received my drink and I asked not to knock?) .....today my partner order......after they accepted the order......after 40 minutes they cancelled it? Wow.......please avoid!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and stupidly ordered for collection.Called the shop straight away and they changed it to delivery for a small delivery fee.(£2)It arrived 55 mins later.Customer service was very good. Girl on the phone was very polite and helpful. Delivery driver was very friendly.Pizzas were nice and still hot(which is always a bonus). Good amount of toppings... wish there was a dip included like other pizza Takeaways.

Totally ignored by staff, even after we had ran the bell after one member walked by us without saying a word. Walked out shortly afterwards.
