I found this little gem using Google maps. I hadn't realised it was established 16 years ago! A small enclave of great cuisine in an unlikely place in Welwyn Garden City. I've rated this on the basis of the surprise factor of how good the quality of food and service we received. I will return
I am so glad I found this place. I only picked it because it was just off the A1 and had parking, but wow is it so much more than that. I have never met such friendly staff. aliceegucci's review from 2018 shows up as a headline - that's the problem with TripAdvisor - Hakalok is very different and she should be ignored. The food is varied and tasty, the service is good and the prices are very reasonable. For a Malaysian Feast, there's nowhere better!
