Rude owners & miserable looking staff. No service with a smile just a grumpy attitude.Coffee tastes like dirt and the food is not much better also always crumbs of food on the floor. To lazy to sweep up the floors threw the day!I do not recommend.

Popped in after seeing the good reviews and was not disappointed. A fantastic menu for such a small place and the coffee was outstanding . Staff really friendly and helpful on advising on places of interest - the only downside was that John is a Spurs man ?!!! However I will enjoy visiting the new stadium with you sometime soon hopefully!!!

Really good range of vegan options, way more interesting and appealing than the usual lone falafel/hummus based offering. I ordered a vegan Quorn mayo sandwich on brown bread - it was perfect! Seeded thick brown bread, plent of filling, lovely fresh salad, and the Quorn mayo was very authentic to how I remember chicken mayo.Service was a teeny bit slow but the place was quite busy and that's really to be expected when the food is freshly made to order. The staff were all very friendly despite how busy they were!Lovely experience all in all, will definitely be back next time I'm on the island.Dietary restrictions: Excellent variety of vegan options available.

Me and my 6 year old son were visiting Cowes for the day for a special day out together. We needed a place for lunch and this looked as good as any. I sent my son in first as he was busting for a wee while I secured our bikes. He came out a few seconds later having being told he couldn't use the toilet. I appreciate, and was told, that these toilets are for customers only and that it get used a lot when it shouldn't but when a child comes in holding himself as he's desperate for a wee have a heart. It's not like its the height of summer. The cafe only had a hand full of people in it, the town pretty empty. We did stay for lunch as was always the plan, and the food was good, the brownie was very particularly yummy but I kind of wish we hadn't bothered based on the initial welcome we received.

A welcoming cafe with sweet and savoury options covering various dietary requirements. The owner kindly reserved a table for me for coffee and cake with a friend on a future date at a specific table with a comfy chair that suits my wonky back. Will return.
