We used Oasis Catering to cater our wedding and serve welcome drinks. Not only was Andy a pleasure to deal with, but nothing was too much trouble during the whole process. He took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and reassured us every step of the way. His team are extremely professional and all of our guests commented on the quality of the food and service throughout the day. The whole team were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure all aspects under their control went smoothly. They ensured everyone was well fed and plenty of drinks. They also made an impromptu beautiful display to serve the cake in the bar area. I just wish I had a picture of it, as it was stunning. They took any worries away from me and my husband so we could enjoy the day. Andy and his team of wonderful ladies were absolutely brilliant! The food was delicious, everything was so organised and the ladies always had a smile on their faces. We had the silver service singers waiters and the ladies ensured the singers blended in and helped out with the serving of drinks etc. it was perfect! Lots of guests commented on the food and wanted to know the recipes!! :) The evening hog roast was enjoyed by everyone with no issues at all. As everyone else has already said, Andy and his team are awesome. If you are thinking of getting them to do the food at your wedding I doubt you will find a better option on the island. Lovely food, amazing staff, they made our whole experience easy and lots of fun at our wedding. Even the 2 year delay due to Covid wasn't an issue!

Andy was fantastic in the build up - a perfect blend of being completely accommodating to anything we wanted while equally being ready to offer advice based on his expertise with catering weddings. His team's experience certainly showed with the day running seamlessly from our reception food and drinks to our sit down meal, and then the incredible pizzas for our evening guests.Food was great and again Andy was completely willing to give us exactly the menu we were looking for despite our constant changing minds! We had Andy and his team to do a finger buffet for my partners 60th birthday do. Carole loves cooking but I wanted to bring in a caterer who would provide decent food. (like Carole does!!)Andy was exceptional from start to finish, he provided us with options and what would make a decent finger buffet.
