Fantastic find on our visit to Cowes. Fabulous place to have lunch & great coffee. The toasties are amazing & great coffee. The boys also love the sausage rolls. Lovely staff, super friendly & make a great mocha. It was so good yesterday we had to return again today.Kid-friendliness: Super attentive.

Such a gem in cowes! Great sandwiches and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and beautifully refurbished place with local items! They offer different breads for sandwiches and offer eat in or take out!Vegetarian options: They had some vegetarian options and even had a vegan sandwich option and vegan sausage rolls!Dietary restrictions: Staff are helpful when it comes to allergies/intolerances. The gluten free bread is super nice!

Picked up a lovely crab sandwich whilst visiting Cowes. Had an option to choose white or brown bread and there was a good amount of filling which tasted fresh and delicious. Was a decent price at just under £10 which is good value compared to the prices of some other places. Would recommend visiting!

What an absolute gem.. the bacon bagels, pork pies and scotch eggs are to die for.. Daisy was so passionate and knowledgeable about the ingredients and produce. It’s great to see a shop stocking such a vast array of local produce. The island has an abundance of awesome produce and this little gem showcase the lot.. Massive well done to all at The Food Hamper.. we will be back.. 11/10 review
