I always enjoy, and never have any issues, with Cineworld… however on this occasion it was a little dampened by a staff member. Food is also quite expensive!!! We paid nearly £40 just for some popcorn, sweets and drinks; for 2 people! I then had a not so nice encounter with a staff member. I had popped to the ladies before the film started, and was on my way back, when I had gone to open the door, the staff member on the other side opened it at the same time. I apologised (being nice), stepped aside, held the door and let her past first. I was then met with “oh for christ sake, well erm yeah that’s fine” in a very abrupt manner. I think she needs to be taught a little manners if she is working with the public. Otherwise, the film was great!

Big car park. Lots of restaurants nearby. KFC McDonald's burger king pizza, . It's clean and tidy upstairs ticket paid for online, getting snacks was very slow and popcorn and slushes, went in to watch. Bob Marley, very good film. Highly recommend it

I find it difficult to rate a cinema, it played the film I was expecting, it was clean

Been going here for about two years now since moving down to the Island. Gotta say it's definitely been a treat, the staff are nice, the food is good, and the seats are decent. But I would complain about how some of the drinks and food are a bit expensive, but not much to complain about.
Definitely needs an upgrade, very old school seating with limited leg room.

This isn't a very big cinema by most standards. There are several screens, but all are small. Generally, it is clean and quite comfortable, although it is dated and long overdue a refurb. As usual, the available food and drinks are massively overpriced. The cinema is on the 1st floor and is serviced by stairs and escalators, but I can't remember a lift. On that basis, I would recommend that wheelchair users check before attending. There is a carpark next to the cinema which is free for 3 hours. However, it is quite small and also used for other businesses. The larger Coppins Road carpark has a walkway across the road to the cinema.

Great film, service and choice of refreshments, but I found the communal space too dark and not enough posters of future films around the waiting areas....unless you fancied a trek down to the tenth screen ( with an 86yr old), the posters were just advertising Cineworld ticket deals. More future films promotions would look better.
love this place
£5.50 and in luxury screening room.
