Just spent £6.20 on “two medium skinny latte one of those … decaf”. Dishwater would have been preferable. But I have to say the staff had lovely smiles and were charming ……. it was a shame the product was undrinkable.

Although we visited near the end of a long day, the staff were more than happy to serve.\\n\\nWe ordered 3 gingerbread, and one soya latte to drink in, and they came out in no time. They were all full of flavour and a great size.

This Costa unfortunately does not follow coffee making standards for the company, reusing old milk jugs instead of fresh clean ones(you could see they were old and dirty with the old milk from previous pours), latte had a single shot instead of two for a large order, the table I put my drink on nearly fell on me as it was unbalanced

Was relaxing to sit down \\u0026 get a Latte watching the world go by while on the Isle of Wight. Place had great window seats as well as outdoor seating.

A typical genetic Costa Coffee. But the toilets were revolting, smelt of stail urine and looked like they needed a deep clean. We went early morning, no excuse for this mess.
