We really enjoyed our stay with Hewitt's, the room was very large, spotlessly clean with a comfy bed. Such a pretty room too.We had dinner in Hewitt's restaurant the night we stayed, the cod and chicken were very tasty!Service/staff for the hotel/restaurant are attentative, friendly and welcoming.Thank you for a lovely stay and experience!

We stayed in March 24 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Room was lovely and clean and staff were very friendly. We had dinner there as well and food was fantastic, atmosphere was nice also. Egg allergy in our group was accommodated for professionally.

I’ve been going to Hewitts for several years now, and the standard just keeps getting better! As coeliac I find it very difficult for restaurants to really understand my dietary requirements and make adaptations, but not with Hewitts. The chef has continued to go above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs making sure that I never miss out on any dish. The food (and I’ve eaten a lot!) has always been exemplary, from lunches, to dinners to desserts, the quality of food is second to none, the portions are extremely generous, great prices, the staff (everyone from Dean, to Josh, to the waiting staff) are so friendly and polite. I continue to recommend Hewitts to everyone, it really has an inclusive feel that you feel comfortable to be a part of. Without a doubt, the best restaurant on the IOW, don’t hesitate and trust me, you will not regret it!

Food & drinks: Sunday lunch. Roast chicken with all the trimmings. Excellent roast potatoes. Amazing service as usual. I have been a regular here for many years and will continue to visit for first class food and service.

We had a wonderful stay. Room #1 is very spacious and the bed the most comfortable we have slept in. The included breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and pastries was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely stay again.
