Nothing fancy here, it’s a Pizza Hut, the buffet is good, salad bar had lots of choice & both looked & tasted fresh, New & fresh pizza is coming so the time, there’s usually two pasta choices too, all pizza & pasta was piping hot.
Waitress was great, very friendly, our bill came to around £28, £11 each for the buffet & £3.75 each for bottomless sodas.
We requested a larger booth but weren’t allowed to sit in a larger booth because they might get busy, they didn’t!
There were two children in there (on their own), one at a table & one at a larger booth, both were I assume there because their parent’s were working there, one had a large booth though & had covered the table in drawings & stuff, even though we couldn’t have one!
P.S. No cash is taken here!!!! Something I wholly disagree with, this move towards a cashless society is very troubling.

Between God and I, and of the truth, I have referred more than 31 persons within a space of 4 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager, MRS Anita Ephraim , she is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7days trade of $1000 that yielded to $9750. I vowed to testify of her honesty to the public and that is what i have been doing because she deserve more than it. I was bankrupted and left with nothing by fake experts and she came to my rescue. It's already 16 weeks I have been trading with her platform and profit payout is always fast at once click. Now I am financially balanced and my bank account is on the increase. not told in advance that items we’d ordered online were not available,
Not told before arriving that there was an addition wait ( contact details were on the orders)
Customers getting the wrong food in there order
Staff standing around talking and joking to “friends” not in uniform.
Hollow apologises on the wait with no actual reason for the wait, the restaurant had 5 small tables in 2 of which left during our wait for take away and no addition walk-ins seen while waiting in the lobby with other unhappy customers

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Terrible service. Took an hour for them to cook a pizza. Normally I wouldn't mind... but we were the only customers in there! Absolute joke.

5 stars for nostalgia, but I wouldn't do it again.\\n\\nThe buffet experience was something my parents used to take me and my brother to as a treat. For ages I thought that the buffet no longer existed, but found out that they still do it and booked right away.\\n\\nThe experience was as remembered - load up on salad and pasta, and forget to get your moneys worth of pizza.\\nThe self serve soda machine was broken - and I assume the ice machine was too as our drinks didn't have ice.\\n\\nIm glad to have been able to experienced it one last time, but not sure whether its the way forward with Covid still lurking.

A truly awful experience this evening. Lacklustre service and over 2.5 hours to be served and cleared in a quiet restaurant. My 6 year old Grandson finally got home just before 2100 (booking was for 1800 - a Birthday treat). Glassware dirty; sauce bottles disgusting; cutlery had to be requested; salad bar tired and small fruit flies hovering over some of it. I could go on and on. Come on guys, sort your act out please.

Buffet was good! But they took so long to refill the Pizza \\u0026 Pastas. Garlic Bread was just kept only once. Most of the time we spent for waiting rather than eating. Poor Customer Service.

Good service, even though it looked like they were under a bit of pressure, was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was ot too bad, salad bar was a bit under stocked. Food was good and served as soon as it was ready. Good location.
Absolutely shocking service here! We were overcharged due to wrong information given by the young guy who took our order. So rather than reimbursing us the difference they refunded us the whole amount and we had to pay again. Take into account that was £60 paid followed by £47 paid to pizza hut so I paid out £107 in total and was told my refund would show into my bank in 1 hour. 20 hours later the refund still was not showing up so we called then only to be told it takes 24 hours. Also like to add we paid them £107 for a meal where things had to be substituted as in they ran out of certain drinks and even chicken. Ridiculous service avoid unless you like the life being drained out of you at a big cost to your pocket.

you could start by being human beings to your customers and not treating them like something you scraped off your shoe. horrendous attitude from staff and witnessed them turn away a young group because they couldn't pay by card only cash. both discriminatory and immoral. Place was filthy too!
