Stay away. I went into the store to order a pizza. Nobody bothered to come to take my order, till I shouted at them. Ordered fine, but the pizza was shoddily baked to say the least. I was watching the whole process and still they managed to screw my order.

Literally just ordered! Such a shame. We are staying at Yelfs across the road and thought I'd treat my hubby. (His fav) Pizza wasn't cooked. You could actually see the uncooked dough in the centre of crust. Toppings limited too. Gutted! Because they're not the cheapest of pizzas. ?

Made an order and was charged 3.60 more, so called to check why, the guy how answered the call, said he don't know, so i asked to speak to somone else who knows, the manager didn't even bother coming to the phone, so I was kept on hold not knowing the extra, Ok only one topping extra 1.90 so should have been 33.99 +1.90 including vat right? I asked to cancel the order was told its already made and its on the side ready to be cooked. So 8 minute call and they wouldn't cancel the order!!!! Wow its because they already have the payment. Bad customer service bad attitude. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!

Dominos is normally my favourite meal by far. This was awful - ive had better pizzas from iceland for a couple of quid. Both the pizza's myself and my wife ordered were lacking sauce and toppings. It looks like they had spread a single small drip of sauce from the pot to cover the whole pizza, 4 of the slices of my medium pizza had 2 pieces of topping, the rest of the slice was bare and the wifes pizza wasnt much better. I know theyve reduced the price to £10 each for medium pizzas but surely that shouldnt affect the quality. Will give dominos a miss when here on holiday each year from now.
Had a pizza delivered that had been dropped or thrown around, complained and the manager claimed he had sent a replacement that night that I had accepted, absolute fabrication as nobody was home. Awful customer service they couldn’t even squeeze out an apology or email back.

Company refused to take cash over credit.Had to buy a bad kebab after being turned away for having cash, ruined my evening.Staff should be wearing gloves as standard practice The excuse of covid infected cash is a very poor excuse. if standard practise is followed, people wearing gloves and washing hands between each order. This wouldn't be a problem.Saw food containers, pizza trays and spilt herbs on the floor, during my 5 minutes in store. The time it took to be served and turned away by a very scruffy employeeRyde isle of wight.

Staff are disgustingly rude. Who I presume is a manager of some description with a name badge of ' nathan ' also swore loudly behind the counter in front off my kid, I will not be coming back.

its nice food but then it should be as its a major famous pizza chain, but, here they NEVER offer you one of their "deals" when you phone or walk in. Then when you mention one, thats starring you in the face in store they have to confur with each other before reluctantly agreeing something thats on a poster on the wall !!!!!! The buy one get one free on collection orders or order at the store is a FIGHT ! they never offer it ! and yes as stated by others fingers crossed if its correct.
