55 Union St, RydeThis restaurant is amazing ? by far one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time!. The manager Michael is superb, looked after us and even welcomed us back with a complimentary coffee ☕️, this guy seriously knows how look after his customers and works very hard and tirelessly to provide a great atmosphere, the owner is very lucky to have him, very very impressed!!. The food was excellent ? and presentation and taste both amazing.
The young waiter was great also, very helpful and of course a great sense of humour, well done to both I will definitely recommend the restaurant to both family and friends.
Thank you for your hospitality and both myself and partner look forward to returning when we come back to the island!

Crepe Lovers Uk

I've been coming here for the past few years and they have never disappointed.
I have coeliac disease meaning I can't eat any gluten product and this place is absolutely amazing for gluten free options.
I haven't had a single reaction!

From the moment we arrived, Fumo33 delivered an experience worth shouting about. The shish chicken was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, juicy, and full of flavour, served with crisp fries, fresh salad, and soft flatbread that brought everything together beautifully.
Dessert was the real show‑stopper. The tiramisu was rich, creamy, and indulgent, while the sticky toffee pudding was pure comfort — warm, soft, and drenched in gorgeous custard. Both were unforgettable.
Service was friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed, and the atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and ideal for a lovely evening out.
Fumo33 is one of those places you leave already planning your next visit. Truly outstanding.

My husband and I spent a couple of years in Thailand and Baan Thai offers the most authentic thai food we have eaten in the UK. The food is fresh, delicious and good value and served with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Secondly the food was off the chart, super light batter on the fish, halloumi, babybel, garlic mushrooms and the chips just wow!!! Everyone very, very happy

58 The Strand, RydeI came to this beautiful island to visit my aunt, and she recommended this takeaway restaurant, so we ordered several dishes there for dinner.
My aunt was absolutely right. It was even better than the Chinese restaurants near my house.
I especially loved their Yung Chow Fried Rice. It was incredibly fragrant and delicious. The Sweet & Sour King Prawn was also excellent, crispy and flavourful.
I'm already looking forward to trying it again next time I visit my aunt. ;-)

11 Union St, RydeHonestly the tastiest most authentic Indian I’ve ever had. That says a lot I’m a fat shit. Ignore the atmosphere there it’s pretty spartan and basic inside but the food is cracking. Got the special curry and which has an omelette on top ?

So we had our lunch, it’s a shame it’s not bigger as I noticed a lot of local regulars enjoyed it, and we chose it because it was the best one in ryde for reviews. The food was lovely ? would come again but definitely book a table

Our food was piping hot and so so tasty. The portions were very generous and completely filled us up.

164 High St, RydeThe 2 members of staff we saw greeted us with a smile and were welcoming. We were only staying for 1 drink and the bar manager was exceptional. She cleaned our table even though it seemed clean.
Bar prices were less than expected for such a beautiful establishment.
Attention to detail was 1st rate in the bar area. Sadly this level of cleanliness did not extend to the female toilets. If only the same attention to cleanliness displayed in the bar was extended to the toilets.
Although we did not eat the food we saw looked beautiful and the 5☆ food hygiene rating is clear evidence of this. It is just a shame about the toilets.

Farm, Briddlesford Rd, Wootton Bridge, Island of Wight, RydeWe had a wonderful breakfast here. We went for the Briddleston full breakfast. Everything on the plate was so fresh and great quality. Its great to have a cooked breakfast that wasn't at all greasy. For the price they coukd have offered some more toast but the toast and locally churned butter was excellent.
We decided to finish the breakfast with sharing a slice of chocolate Guinness cake which was amazing so definitely recommend that!

Esplanade, RydeHad a great experience at Harbour House Ryde thanks to Will and Brad. Both were welcoming, attentive, and made the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The service was professional without feeling over the top, and they both went out of their way to make sure everything was spot on throughout the visit. You can tell they genuinely care about customer experience. Definitely one of the reasons we’ll be coming back.

We also organized a private event here and everything was perfect with a fantastic jacked potatoe buffet and a selection of delicious cakes! Very flexible and friendly service made organizing such an event very pleasant. Monkton Arts is perfect for such occasions!

Ristorante Michelangelo
30 St. Thomas St, RydeWe couldn't book a table as the restaurant was fully booked for a private event but Michelangelo's didn't disappointment. We were able to arrange to pick up food as a take away, but only after asking permission from the kitchen first. We were able to head down to the restaurant to collect the food after 1 hour. Everything was lovely. Carbonara was a hit with the men, Risotto Piemontese was beautiful for me and is one of my favourite Italian meals on any day, with a pizza Giovanni for the last person in the group. Gorgeous food and fantastic customer service to accommodate us without hesitation - but not before checking with the kitchen first which was a kind gesture, and amazing to hear the "negotiation" in Italian over the phone by the female wait staff with the "kitchen" as she gently persuaded them into doing the takeaway for us while the restaurant was very busy and fully booked out. We didn't even tell them it was for a family birthday dinner, they just accommodated our request. We are looking forward to dining there in the restaurant properly next time if they are this attentive and deliver this level of customer service for a takeaway. How amazing must it be to be served and looked after in the restaurant. I can't wait to find out.

Hale Common, Branstone, SandownPlenty of parking and you can't beat the all day breakfast, the sausages are something else!
It should be noted that the toilets are on the ground floor with the restaurant on the first floor. There is a lift so disabled access isn't an issue.
Well worth a visit, you can see the beer being brewed from the restaurant and guided tours are also available.
