8 bloody staff behind the counter.. only 5 people qued up and after 25 minutes i STILL didnt get served.. absolutely atrociously lazy staff.. cant rate the food as i never got any. Would not recommend.

Ryde french franks what an absolute joke I enjoy a french franks for lunch in the newport one and cowes is excellent staff always good and fast service never there for linger than 10 mins I've just had enigh of standing in the ryde one for over 45 mins using up all my lunch just to end up when I'm back to not have nothing what I asked for in the baguette what a wast one money this is every time I go into the ryde one I'm there for nearly an hour and the baguettes are never what I ask it would probably be quicker to go to Newport one to get lunch just avoided the ryde one staff are all so incompetent
As occurred for Monica Posh, we experienced staff with an unfortunate attitude (we were treated as second-class customers for not ordering food). The cappuccino itself was fine, if a tad lukewarm. Perhaps ask for it ‘extra hot’, especially if it’s Winter and you need warming up.

Food was alright, not the best. we ordered a bacon baguette with cheese and cranberries but ended up with a ham and cheese ?.service was terrible. the staff had an attitude when we ordered and they treated us as if we were stupid and they muttered about us behind our backs to other workersatmosphere too crowded and too noisy. there is no structure to queues as everyone piles in and pushes in.wouldn't eat here again unless there was no other choice because it was terrible.
