OK but it felt a bit tense between the staff.. not sure why but there seemed to be a frosty atmosphere!Oh, and the toilet are always rank, no matter what staff are on.

The customer service is non exsistent!!!! I stood for 10 minutes with no eye contact or any "be with you as soon as we can" when I called to complain about this I was hung up on!!!!! I will not be using this store again for love nor money!!!!!!! I'm so annoyed I don't even wanna eat the food, I left early so I wouldn't be late for work and I was. Not good and totally unacceptable!

Visited yesterday with friend on day trip from Southsea. Decent value (less than £12 for the two of us), helpful service and refills of soft drinks if wanted. Started out day out very nicely!

Do not let the american sounding lady with black hair make you sandwich she is rude and CANNOT make baguettes every time I've been in there and ordered my steak and cheese every time she makes it has no steak a bit of cheese and loaded with lettuce absolute wast of money when she makes them its very very dissapiointing when you bite into your sub and it just lettuce

Food as expected but they are busy in Bank Holidays and especially on Sundays where nothing else is open.Just to add: cheesy bites are below average and worthless.

Every time I have ordered from here, they have always gone out their way to make sure I get my order perfect and will always replace items they don’t have with suitable ones, and always phone me or send me a note explaining the reasons. I can’t fault themDietary restrictions: When ever I have ordered with my milk allergy they have always gone out their way to give me vegan/dairy free options

i am a vegetarian, i told staff that they should change the gloves for me because i am, and because they didn’t change them after using meat from the last person.and i won’t be eating subway again after this, i asked for crinkle wedges with the spices and mayo, and i found foreign object on one of the wedges, and it turned out to be a bit of what seemed to be steak.surely when the staff was putting it in the box they would’ve seen it?i am appalled.
