If I could rate this a zero I would! Absolutely disgusting and the meat was not even cooked!! £34 for overcooked chips and pink meat, revolting!! Do not eat here. So over priced and vile food!!

The worst food I’ve seen!! £32 for fish, scampi, chips and kids nuggets meal. Half an hour wait no one else in there. Opened the food it was all burnt. Not even chip shop chips. Scampi was just crispy batter no fish inside. Nuggets were like rocks. Took the whole lot back in and told them we wanted a refund. I had a rank Keenan about 6 years ago here but thought we’d give another try. Just don’t waste your time. We went round the corner to takeaway and had the same food plus a curry sauce and an extra sausage for £22!!

The service at this establishment was absolutely fantastic. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We ordered 1/4 burgers and Donner meat for our family, as well as a large Margherita pizza. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone enjoyed it tremendously. One aspect that stood out to us was their consideration for dietary needs. All the food we ordered was Halal, which was a great relief for our family. The staff even advised us against ordering the fish and chips as they informed us that it's fried in the same oil as non-Halal items. We really appreciated their transparency and effort to ensure we had Halal options.Overall, we were highly satisfied with both the service and the food. This place is definitely worth a visit, especially for those with specific dietary requirements. The friendly atmosphere and delicious food make it a must-visit stopover.

Paid a lot more than the price on the menu. It took so long for the food to come and the chips were air fried not fried! They were so dry. Also food wasn’t nice. Paid for the dip £1.20 for the dip and it wasn’t even included in the food. The staff did not know how to smile.

Portions were big and workers were polite but unfortunately the chicken was very dry in all 3 shish’s and the salad wasn’t up to standard, slightly limp and we found donner meat chunks in with the salad mix. The chips were nice and chunky however.

Strange atmosphere. Felt like i was going to be murdered. Was told i was having chips with my order even though i didnt want any. Price was mumbled to me so thought i had been short changed. Almost passed out when i heard the price! Couldnt wait to leave!! Although fishcakes did taste nice I could never bring myself to go back :(

Nice lamb Donner kebab and cheesy chips. Meat was flavoursome and all the toppings and sauces to go with.

Extremely poor. £40 for luke warm, minnow-sized fish at £7.90 each. Derisory quantity of luke warm chips. Mushy peas ok. Sausages luke warm/undercooked. Very disappointing and overpriced. Lowest rated fish and chip shop in South Wight. Steer clear!!

Stopped for some supper and very disappointed. The chips are not traditional 'fish & chip shop' chips. They may be chunky but they are more like fried oven chips, not nice at all. Very disappointed and not it was years ago. Will not be stopping again.

We enjoyed the fish, chips and gravy. The mushy peas were very bland. Very expensive though. Service was slow but everything was freshly cooked for us. Could have been a bit friendlier.

Don't go here if you're hoping for classic seaside fish and chips. Because you'll be massively disappointed by the chips, which look and taste more like oven chips
