Warren and Pete made our stay really special. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfasts were really good and the room was very clean and tidy.A very memorable holiday for all the right reasons.Both Mary and I wish you well for the future.

Yet again we’ve had the most fabulous stay at Grange Bank House. It really is the best place to stay on the Island. Pete and Warren are truly outstanding hosts and super friends. Well what can you say about these guys that hasn’t already been said. Pete and Warren are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much for them. Beautiful guest house, found them a few years ago and never stay anywhere else. Breakfasts are perfect, lovely clean/comfortable rooms. Would recommend staying with them. Looking forward to going back next year and staying with them and Maggie.

Another wonderful stay with Pete and Warren nothing too much trouble. Room comfy all the little touches that in our opinion warrant the 5 star rating. And the breakfast well that sets you up for the day again all good quality. Set in a great location for walks and access to the high street. Here’s to the next visit hopefully soon.

Such a comfortable bed and the best breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble simply the best B&B we have stayed in. Dog friendly too. What more could you want. Situated in the centre of Shanklin which is a very pretty village.

Warren & Pete are amazing hosts from the moment you arrive until the time you depart. Maggie, their dog, just makes it better. The beds are very comfortable & the chocolate fairy every evening is another lovely touch. The fact they accept dogs on the premises is great & Donald & Jake were made to feel very special, with the added treat of sausages. This is a true all round guest house, where nothing is too much trouble.

Started off my bank holiday weekend at the Grange Bank House with host Pete and Warren was absolutely amazing.The rooms were very cozy and comfortable and the house in general was very welcoming, clean and tidy.The house comes with a lovely dog named Maggie who was just so pleasant to all guests including myself.Breakfast service was more than expected as I was very grateful to the vegetarian options they had with amazing service from both Pete and Warren their customer service is just astonishing. Wonderful. Just back from a 4 night break at the lovely Grange Bank House . The room was very comfortable, relaxing and quiet at night . Breakfast was delicious with various options on the menu. What made the stay extra special was Warren and Pete they made us feel so welcome and by the end of the stay it felt like we were leaving friends . They suggested nice places to visit and dog friendly eateries.Their lovely dog Maggie makes you feel welcome adding to a homely feel .After speaking to guests who've returned on several occasions I can see why . Many thanks to both Warren and Pete for making our short trip extremely enjoyable and an extra thanks from Breezy for her morning sausage .
