Really lovely chips and amazing curry sauce. Big portions and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect.

This was a great find when looking for something to eat after a day sightseeing. A good range on the menu at reasonable prices. The selection of ice creams alone was huge including ice cream that is dog friendly. Wonderful for our furry companion.We ordered from the front window served by 2 very lovely assistants. They were both very helpful, chatty with smiles for everyone who came by while we were there.The wait was about 15 minutes, but went quickly as we crossed the road to the beach side. We had ordered battered sausage and chips, which were freshly cooked. A huge portion of chips the box didn't close. We also had a portion of tomato sauce, each in a disposable pot that we tried to balance walking away.I can honestly say it was the best battered sausage I've ever eaten. The chips were done to just how I enjoy them...so good we made another visit at the end of our holiday, the experience was exactly the same.

Not only does this place do great vegan ice cream - the service is brilliant!On the night of Ventnor carnival, one of the members of staff was rushed off her feet but still managed to be really hospitable, fun and chatty (when we returned the next day!)She really deserves a bonus!Vegetarian options: Serves vegan ice cream options.

We had 4 take away fish & chips and were bitterly dissapointed, as the fish was frozen, not fresh.When we have Fish & Chips at the seaside, we expect the fish to be fresh, but were given frozen battered fish, which is not acceptable anywhere and especially not at the seaside.We live in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, which is over 100 miles from the coast, we have 3 Fish & Chip shops and all serve fresh fish.

A very nice location, but there was a problem with our food as it seems to be that the fish we ate was cheap, frozen. The fish was grey inside and mushy, and the batter was like cardboard, furthermore let's not even talk about the chips. All of the staff were lovely but sadly the food didn't show up to any standards. Later, we started read these reviews and realised, that the good reviews for the cafe/ice creams. We were very disappointed with the meal we were given.

Absolutely fab spot for alfresco food/fish and chips in a lovely setting just opposite the beach. Staff were super friendly, and the food was first class! Great value and excellent portion sizes but importantly very tasty and cooked perfectly. They also have beer on tap that you can take to the beach. Will definitely be back - wonderful find!

Fantastic service today on the icecream stand by a super friendly chap.We sat outside enjoying icecream and fish and chips.The fish and chips were cooked to order and were absolutely fantastic.Highly recommended. Great seafront refreshment break.

Lovely customer service staff where so friendly food was so fresh and hot and delicious could not fault it what’s so ever amazing selection of ice cream even vegan which was so nice and not just one flavour of vegan either which was great would definitely go back and vodka slush so I was so happy

Drove there to get takeaway. For some reason they were no longer selling food (2 hours before close) although they said earlier in the day they would serve till 7pm.Nice ice cream though.
