“I use this place quite a bit, my go to for sure, sometimes service can be a bit of a drawback, not very friendly/happy (it seems, or maybe it's just how it seems??‍♀️) but the drinks are always nice.Today was a lovely service, I've not seen this barista woman there before but she was so nice!! I hope to be served by them again next time I make a trip there, left with great coffee and a smile. Brightened my day for sure. Thank you!!”

“I decided to stop off for a cappuccino at Costa in county Square Ashford. I was feeling very tired after I over done it following an operation. The service was great and I was welcomed by the manager Claire I believe her name was. Professional, kind and very helpful. She could tell I looked tired and needed a rest spot. She was so helpful and made sure I got served quickly and was comfortable. To be honest feeling exhausted and over doing it, Costa was a great place to stop at for a bit. Claire came over to the table to make sure I was ok to see if I needed anything else. I decided to try the reindeer cup cakes whilst I got my energy levels back up. They were so delicious! I’ve been back here a couple of times and the staff always welcome you with a smile, especially Claire the manager. What a great team!”
