“An amazing cafe. Great quality food that is well presented and priced extremely competitively. Very friendly and efficient staff. Modern, bright, and attractive decor. Perhaps one of the things I noticed was how very clean everything was, which made it even more welcoming. Very limited parking, but there is street parking nearby. A few tables outside too for warmer/drier days.
Free WiFi and mains sockets was very useful.

“I decided to stop off for a cappuccino at Costa in county Square Ashford. I was feeling very tired after I over done it following an operation. The service was great and I was welcomed by the manager Claire I believe her name was. Professional, kind and very helpful. She could tell I looked tired and needed a rest spot. She was so helpful and made sure I got served quickly and was comfortable. To be honest feeling exhausted and over doing it, Costa was a great place to stop at for a bit. Claire came over to the table to make sure I was ok to see if I needed anything else. I decided to try the reindeer cup cakes whilst I got my energy levels back up. They were so delicious! I’ve been back here a couple of times and the staff always welcome you with a smile, especially Claire the manager. What a great team!”

“This new Costa at St James Centre Dover, is amazing, it's has a great lay out so guaranteed a seating area. Specials are lovely however the prices are getting more and more expensive with people now getting there own coffee machines and milk frothers at home it would make sense if they keep their prices competitive.”
