I use this place quite a bit, my go to for sure, sometimes service can be a bit of a drawback, not very friendly/happy (it seems, or maybe it's just how it seems??ââď¸) but the drinks are always nice.Today was a lovely service, I've not seen this barista woman there before but she was so nice!! I hope to be served by them again next time I make a trip there, left with great coffee and a smile. Brightened my day for sure. Thank you!!

Rude staff! Iâm a huge fan of Cafe Nero however this is not my usual store. The barista was so rude towards me. One example is when I walked in the door stayed open and when I got to the counter she said in a highly rude tone âGo a shut the doorâ which I did but the rest of my stay as I sat in to have my coffee just felt off.
