Our daughter had her third birthday party here and it was brilliant. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We were immediately greeted with friendly smiling faces from the staff and looked after for the duration of our stay. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here, they really added to the positive experience we had today. The venue itself is perfect for a childrens party. Thank You

It is a good sized jungle jim course, but it is really old and tattered with exposed concrete floors inside, as well as exposed metal poles. This is an accident waiting to happen. Lots of tiny toddlers left to roam inside, getting injured and crying without any adult supervision to be seen. We won't be returning until it gets safely updated.The menu looks good and decently priced but we didn't stop to eat there.

Should keep their Facebook page or web page up to date. Turned up yesterday as we usually do, as it is a nice place to take the kids to. Drive 30min to attend the watering hole this time to get turned away at the car park due to party book outs at both the jungle and watering hole. That’s no problem just let people know as I do check pages before I leave. Slightly frustrating, all it is is a note online to let people know your booked out for the day. Spose I could have called, but they’re usually pretty good there. I’ll ring in future ?

We had our sons 3rd Birthday party here & it was just perfect, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, our son had the best time and our guests all commented on the lovely feel of the place.The soft play equipment is kept really clean and the venue itself is bright and colourful. Some soft plays can be quite dull and drab, but this is the total opposite.As well as the larger soft play equipment (climbing frames and slides) there is a really lovely baby area (0-3yrs) and a reading area with books and a few games. The cafe is great too, proper coffee and yummy snacks. There are great healthy options for the kids too, both hot and cold and all reasonably priced.Can't recommend this place enough.

My two grandsons had a joint birthday party there. The invited children were the only ones there and they had a brilliant time. The party food for twenty children was lovely and lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this establishment for childrens' parties any day!

Disappointing 2 hour slot at the same price as before. Packed full of children. Food isn't nice. The chips were covered in grease. Newly done up and things are already falling apart. I saw a child escape out of the exit. Having an accessible buzzer out was a bad choice for the refurb. Won't be planning on coming back

We had such a lovely morning at the Jungle. There is the larger soft play with amazing slides but also the new 0-3year old section which is so cute and so much fun for the smaller children. My little girl was obsessed with the car that you can take the wheels off or lift the bonnet to try and fix. Their little reading corner/book swap was also a lovely touch and a nice break for quiet time before heading home. We will definitely be back again

We had our son's 7th birthday here yesterday and it was just incredible! All of the kids had such a fun time and were absolutely worn out at the end! The party food was such a good spread and really took the hassle out of my hands for party hosting. All of the staff are so friendly and make the place so welcoming.

All the staff were friendly checking if everything was ok and if we needed anything throughout the day.It was lovely and clean and all staff cleaned once the party was over. Will definitely return for future birthday party’s.

We visited for the first time in ages and what a difference. Clean, fresh and much more open. The effort that has gone into adding lots of little touches, really shows that the new jungle owners and team care about making it a nice place for grown-ups and children. My 2 year old absolutely loved it.
