“We visited this cafe today (27 Dec). It was very busy and was shocked that there was a young man working behind the counter. He had to serve drinks and food, collect used cups and plates and wash them. He had no support. He carried out his work diligently in a calm manner. It took some time to get served and a lot of people left because of the queue. He is a credit to the business which I cannot say about the Management who allowed this to happen. Well done that man and the Excellent rating goes that man, not the cafe.”
