Experienced exemplary customer service from the staff at Thanet DT today. Most significantly from a staff member I believe is known as "Joe". He (and his fellow counter colleague) not only provided a friendly, welcoming, demeanor, but were super efficient in service. Lots of empty seats but the tables hadn't been cleared. The person serving was continuously coughing. Food is pretty good but prices are getting steep. Plenty of free parking. Usual Costa set-up.

Drinks and food were good but expensive for what they are (as any Costa is). The service was really good, the man serving was really efficient and helpful.The customer toilets were horrible though and badly needed to be cleaned.
