we only go for wings chicken and chips, occasionally a chicken burger. wings are the best in canterbury, competition here is awful but regardless theyre the best, tad bit salty but other than that all good. chips are fine as well, nothing special but still good. prices are good considering todays climate but make sure you go to the shop unless u want to pay more for no reason. even just picking up food costs more than going there and ordering for some reason. wait times can be a bit long but ive only ever been at night so...also dont bother with the bbq wings, just get the spicy ones.Wheelchair accessibility: it isnt accessible for wheelchairs as theres a large step you must get over in order to get inside

We ordered a mixed doner meat with fries and chicken wingsIt arrived within 30 minutes and we obviously opened and dished immediatelyThe food was very cold and not edible (obviously the salad was okay) the meat had curled up and just tasty fatty. The chicken wings were chewy and so coldI contacted them after I had discarded the meal and then had feed my dog and walked him and they said that the reason the meal was cold is that I had taken so long to open it.They couldn’t understand that I had feed and walked my dog since binning their meal and calling themThere attitude was unacceptable, no apology, empathy or understandingPLEASE SAY WELL CLEAR, AWFUL FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don’t order from them!! Absolutely vile, my order took 2 hours to arrive!! When it arrived it was freezing cold, my box was all soggy as were my chips, chicken was pink! The delivery guy was really rude, got given a dirty look as I opened the door. I don’t recommend it what so ever it was disgusting. WASTE OF MONEY!!

Deliveries are sometimes 20 minutes later than time given. Food is only lukewarm when it arrives. They need to sort out their delivery procedure. It seems like the drivers are doing too many deliveries during the same drop. We have been using them for years, but unless this issue is resolved we won’t be in future
