It's all about going the little extra that makes the difference. The staff are always bright and friendly, especially so, if you're accompanied by a pooch, and that reminds me, Bill's is now offering dog snack menu, so our had some Denzil's snacks while we ate.Today the Buttermilk Chicken Burger and Seafood Linguine mains were spot-on, delicious, fresh and hot. Our only sides were a flat bread, a few olives, and the House Salad. With a couple of soft drinks and fizzy water, I had spent £70, reasonable for the occasion.

Bills Canterbury... reminded me when Bills opened in London. The service and staff are excellent, and the atmosphere relaxing. We both enjoyed our meals. Tasty and well flavour, so it pays to have a good chef and kitchen staff.

Went in at 16:30 and ordered my usual poached eggs on toast with fried potatoes, only to be told 5 minutes later this could not be done as it weren’t on the brunch menu - even though this isn’t on the breakfast menu either. I stated that there are meals with poached eggs and toast on the brunch menu, mine would just be without the added extras.. I was told I could have eggs Benedict … poached eggs on toast, but the kitchen were not willing to make it plain. Such a shame as this is my usual spot for food! A loyal customer lost!! Terrible customer service. Last time I will be going into Bills as my last visit wasn’t the greatest either, with food coming out cold.

I went for lunch today and it was great! Atmosphere was amazing but the service was even better! Our server, Rasa, was top notch! Always attentive and friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed at all times! The food was great too, definitely I will be back!
Great place to go for coffee and or breakfast, brunch or snacks.Friendly helpful staff, I would definitely recommend a visit.

Always a fan of bills.Love there food. Located in a crowded area but surely gives a cozy vibe inside.Well at times the waiters are a bit too sweet.There's a almost mandatory 12.5% service charge is added to the bill. Be sure of it.
