I recently had the pleasure of dining at Citi Terrace, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting, the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding.One waiter, in particular, stood out during our visit. SUMIT went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions we had with enthusiasm.

It was mine and a partners birthday this weekend, we came to citi terrace and loved every bit of it! Our server Remsy was so lovely and looked after us so much. We are very great full and happy that he was the person looking after us. The host was also very lovely and attentive. All round a lovely experience!!! Will 100% be returning. Thank you from us to all the staff at citi terrace.

I've been here so many times but Submit has been having me soooooo comfortable with his services of being polite and nice and no matter how many times you call him he's still soooooo patient. Having someone into hospitality is always so good and he mere sure that he made you feel so good...
My wife and I visited Citi Terrace last Saturday, and sadly, it was a dining experience we won't soon forget—for all the wrong reasons. The food was a major letdown; the wagyu burger was dry and unappetizing, while the Caesar salad failed to impress. Despite a polite hostess, the service left much to be desired. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the VIP shisha option, we received a dismissive response stated that all of them are VIP ?. The lack of attentiveness from the waiter, who didn't bother to check on our satisfaction, was particularly disappointing, as 80% from the burger i returned back. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment, unless perhaps they're inebriated and solely interested in drinks. Even then, it's best to explore other options before resorting to Citi Terrace .

Had dinner here last week and deffo recommend was outside in the terrace but warm enough, great atmosphere. And was able to be seated earlier and made the 2 for 1 cocktail deal. Food was very nice and good priced. Good place I can imagine for drinks also prior to nights out. Great location and staff were very helpful.

We went for my hen do lunch and had a lovely time. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We had some issues with our meal that the staff rectified quickly and professionally by the manager. We would highly recommend. Thank you Citi Terrace!
