If I could I'd give 3.5 pr 3.75 stars. I had a hot chocolate which looked great, but tasted mostly syrupy and less like a creamy hot chocolate.The service is solid and the location is great. The vibe of the place seems chill and inviting with plenty of light. I'm sure this place is much busier, louder with longer waits in the summer months. That may be good or bad depending on what you're looking for. All in all, I'd certainly recommend a stop in, atleast to try the hot chocolate on a cold day like I did.Parking: This is located in the middle of the main drag of old Town. So, paid parking is about a 10 or 15min walk away.Kid-friendliness: Yeah, you can bring kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The first floor seems wheelchair accessible though the chairs are not comfortable for folks with back disabilities.

Tables not wiped. Staff apron sprawled across it and not removed. Brownie was sickly sweet. Coffee a bit too bitter and no sugar on table or anywhere that I could see. We're they understaffed

I come here all the time. They are often busy so service may be slow at times but I can live with that as it’s a lovely location with friendly service. Great place to work, spend time with friend & family for coffee, cocktails or some lunch

I try choice place to spend 1 hour wait and choice Eleto. It was excellent choice. I choice Salmon with chees , café latte and Vietnam coffee. Salmon was excellent, but Vietnam coffee delicious. Test perfect, but remember you need time to get it prepare. Thank you guys. I see they do not need recomend you because you are full, but Eleto is place good to visit in Canterbury.

We've been to this café several times, and each time, without fail, we are not greeted and are completely ignored for an extended period of time. We went in today, they had two tables (so not very busy), and instead of serving us, two members of staff decided to clear one table together, reorganise coffee cups behind the bar and generally do anything that isn't acknowledging us. It's a shame because the food is tasty, albeit a little costly. i genuinely dont understand why they ignore guests, its not needed and just a waste of time for us and of money for them
