Quick dinner at Greggs today. Been craving a Greggs pepperoni pizza slice all week and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Delicious as well as the custard caramel donut which is always lush. First day of sun for a while so felt it was right to enjoy a summer fruits oasis- refreshing. Was also served by a cheerful man who seemed very enthusiastic. Overall a pleasant, quick, cheap dinner

Popped in at 7.30 just for a coffee then noticed the bacon omelette bap which was surprisingly good, decent size bap, bacon cooked the way I like it, crispy but not too crispy, the omelette was fluffy and the right amount. Coffee up to usual Greg's standard. Although they were very busy, the staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. Will definitely return next time I want breakfast in Canterbury.

Majority of Greggs are great stores, but not this one.Very messy, not busy, but people waiting and waiting, and waiting in queue. You pay extra to eat/drink inshore, but by the time you are served it's a gamble whether there are any tables available. Many people paying to eat in, then having to leave.

Staff are lovely, even after dealing with some of the customers they have to serve. Never had my order done wrong here either :)

I am a regular Customer of Greg’s. Bought breakfast today and demanded a ketchup for my hash brown and the old lady refused to give me ketchup. She is vey rude and racist. All the other staff are very nice and helpful but this old lady is alway very rude and disrespectful. She ruined my happy day.

The lattes are nice and hot and cheese sandwiches are perfect. However my sausage roll was luke warm so I had to eat it more less straight away.

I'll give one star because I need to write this review. Today I have been to Gregg's Canterbury and asked for a VEGAN Sausage roll and was served normal meat sausage roll. I am vegan for nearly 6 years and vegetarian since my 23's which means most of my life I have not touched meat at all! I can't put into words how disgusted and upset I am, I feel like dying! I'll never put my foot in a Gregg's again for as long as I live. For all vegans and vegetarians out there, please avoid this place, I am not the only one who had this experience with them.

Old lady at counter through the sausage roll tray onto the rack and the rolls went all over the place, secondly she was really rude to customers and when I scanned a free greggs voucher from the app the lady moaned and said that I could've done that and earlier and groaned and when handed the muffin she slapped it down on the counter and walked off. Very poor experience

I recently visited Greg's in Canterbury High Street and I must say, the location is just perfect! It's situated near the bus station, making it convenient for travelers to grab a bite on the go.However, I noticed that the shop tends to be a bit on the dirty side, which is quite unfortunate. Additionally, there are often long queues which can be frustrating. But, the staff members are always friendly and helpful, making the waiting time more bearable. What I really appreciate about this Greg's is their few outdoor seating options where they don't mind if we sit there with our dog. It's great to be able to enjoy your food and the surroundings at the same time.Overall, despite its shortcomings, Greg's in Canterbury High Street is definitely worth a visit for their delicious food, friendly staff and excellent location.
