Great place to eat if you want to lose weight! Stood outside KFC in Canterbury last night whilst the kids tossed a coin between KFC or GDK (German Doner Kebab) immediately next door. Sadly they chose KFC... Unlike any other KFC I've ever been in this place is an absolute disgrace. The tables were filthy despite there being hardly anybody in there and rubbish and food left all over the floor. The toilets were equally disgusting with hand towels strewn over the floor from the overflowing bin. Total spend of just over £80 for a group of 7 of us!!! My advice go next door and hopefully avoid whatever diseases you might pick up in KFC. All in all very disappointing and an embarrassment for Canterbury for any tourists that might visit.

Very disappointing, I asked a question about what was in a box very politely and the woman gave me a very dirty look and pointed next to her so I asked the woman next to her was she ok and she said she doesn’t speak much English, in that case if she can’t understand something simple she shouldn’t be working there o say she doesn’t understand, then went to use the toilet and would have rather gone in a dirty back alley than use it, it was disgusting and not cleaned in a very long time, very disappointing and don’t be returning there again

Just had a delivery from here whilst visiting my daughter. Not just the worst KFC that I have ever had, but probably the worst food full stop. I wouldn't describe it as "crispy", but more "crunchy". As if it were cooked yesterday and then refried today. As for the taste and smell? It was all, every type of chicken in the order, tainted with something truly awful. If I had to guess, I think I would say that they have probably not changed their oil in over a week. I am now genuinely quite worried that I will become sick as a result. And we didn't even eat much. Most of it has gone in the bin. Complete waste of money and we are now still hungry. Will never order from this place again.

The food was very good. Very tasty. The service was good enough but not excellent. The Atmosphere was fair enough because the outlet has no enough space for customers and was not too clean. The convenience was a mess.

Food quality is very poor and the staff including the manager doesn’t care about it. The lady manager does not care for the feedback or complaints. There are plenty of good kfc restaurants, but this is definitely not one among them!!!

Went in for food - been in before and never had bad food - always hot and tasty but if You choose to sit in, you will certainly be surrounded by the floor full or rubbish or tables full with rubbish. On this occasion 2 members of staff were behind the counter chatting when the place could of done with a clean up! It looked awful. People visiting Canterbury would be shocked if they decided to go for a KFC. Clean up your restaurant - it’s a mess!!!
Overall a good KFC, service was quick, food was great and up to the usual standard that you expect from a well run KFC franchise.Unfortunately it lost one star due to the fact that it was a little unclean, not dreadful wouldn't go again unclean, just a little TLC required on behalf of the staff.It lost two stars on the atmosphere, a little small and snug fit with regards to the seating layout.One thing I wasn't impressed with and this is not down to how the restaurant, was it attracted a very young crowd that just appeared to be lingering around even though they weren't eating, loud and rude to the staff. Very difficult for the manager/staff to deal with this as I am sure they do not want any confrontation with them, is it worth evolving the police.I felt quite sorry for the manager in particular, she was getting verbal abuse for no apparent reason that I could see.Don't get me wrong it was still a decent meal, just got to switch off from the young delinquent's.

When I went in to KFC I used the machine the food and it was relatively quick and the food was quite nice and warm and the drink was so I got a watermelon lime drink totally recommend

Went for lunch with my parents and as you walk in you can see that the tables do not get cleaned regularly and you can also see that the bins do not get empty and they where overflowing with rubbish and there was food on the floor. The staff in the are very slow with my order I would not recommend for anyone to go in there with there friends or family to get food.
