Been coming to this McDonalds since moving to the area nearly 4 years ago. Slowly this one is going downhill, I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have to park up after ordering. The staff generally don’t seem to be switched on half the time, which might contribute to this. Food normally okay (never seems to be hot enough) but always a long wait and no urgency

Boxing day, we get there isn't alot of staff working so when we was asked to pull into a bay and wait for our food we had no problem with this at all and happily waited for our food. However, 10 minutes later we received barely luke warm food, and the cheese bites were soggy rather then crisp. Safe to say quite disappointed and disheartened

Upon visiting this restaurant today at 14:00 I went through the drive thru, ordered myself and my children’s food. The screen told us that the amount owed was just under £25.Once we got to the payment window the cashier told us it was just under £35, I questioned this but was told it was correct. When going to collect window I was asked to park up which we did.Shortly after we were approached with the wrong order and told it was because the registration was wrong??? After a short while the man came back with the correct order, I asked if there were ketchup in the bag as asked for, he said yes. We drove off and parked up so I could check the receipt and let the children have their food etc. The ketchup was missing, the drinks were wrong and I had been as I thought overcharged by £10!We drove back to the restaurant, I went in and was told to wait, which I did whilst our food got cold. Eventually what I imagine is the manager came over, looked at my receipt and insisted I had paid contactless. I told him no, it was definitely cash and to please check the cctv, He refused and dismissed my complaint. I then left as I didn’t want to get in any trouble over £10 and a terrible manager.My thoughts are that he and the cashier are running a scam. I am going to be contacting the relevant department to ask for footage of my transaction. I really don’t care about £10 but I am not happy at the level of service and will take the time to expose this injustice.

Very good service, quick to prepare food. Chips were not as salty as other McDonald’s but that’s not necessarily a bad thing!

Truly awful experience. They clearly don't train their staff because my experience is beyond belief. I've ordered 3 times through the MyMcdonald's app and each time I have a major item missing from my order:31st July 2023 order - missing McChicken sandwich24th October 2023 order - missing McCrispy burger20th November 2023 (yesterday) - missing 20 box of McnuggetsMcDonald's management needs to retrain the staff at this branch because I can't be the only one having 3 out of 3 orders missing key items. It's become a running joke now. Each and every time I need to spend ages on the phone to Uber Eats / Mcdonald's customer service. What a waste of time. Never again.

Absolutely awful , never get the full order , then when I drove back round to get the other half of this order the manager was very rude and shouted at me like she was to the staff !! They need new staff who know what they are doing!! How hard is it to get an order correct !! Paul crocker needs to sort this restaurant !!it's gone down hill now!!

Order was wrong again, big tasty with bacon (no bacon) Big Mac meal (got another big tasty) which would probably be okay except my wife doesn’t like them ?

Ordered on app, delivered by McDelivery. Large Crispy Deluxe missing. McDonald's won't deal with it because they use Uber Eats for McDelivery, so I have to deal with them. Uber Eats finally answered phone after 14 minutes & will do a refund for the item. So far, the refund covers less than half the cost of the missing item, & will take 5-15 days to be refunded. Shocking customer service from both companies & I'll ensure I don't use either again.Thinking of taking your children here for a happy meal that contain over 80 different ingredients in just one burger? Food that's heavy process and causes medical problems... This is awful cheap and nasty and I believe as we live in such a country everyone should know what they are eating and macdonalds should be forced to put every single ingredients in there burgers... There rolls and burgers never go off or moldy and this proves how bad eating this food really is for us... do not eat here and as we have a government that talks about healthy eating and putting out a sugar tax to stop obesity. We should turn our focus on these fast food places that contain so much fat over 80 different ingredients and have them closed down. This is not good for children or adults.

the staff without experience, without education... the manager abuses "power", standing at the table while we are eating and a delivero driver came and asked for a discount because he is a delivery person and he has the right to this... and besides that he does not given the manager, she was standing there for nothing but there is an old lady whose name I don't know because she doesn't wear a badge... in a word, useless people... I feel sorry for the restaurant because I love it and come to it often.. but the staff ?

Awful. Stood outside with 6 other people for about 10 mins before we found out it was closed. Wouldn’t even let people collect food that was ordered on the app. Rude shift manager but staff were nice. If it’s not open 24 hours please change that on the app and take the sticker out of the window.

Our go to when can't be bothered to cook etc. Always friendly staff and food is sometimes a bit meh but on the ehold pretty
