The young girl on the phone is so blunt and rude and doesn't ask for your name so when you get there on a busier evening it's carnage trying to figure out who's is who's. Also, no good customer service when orders are given out wrong, no apology at all. Thought we would give this one a try, but in future we will go

What in the tax evasion is going on down here nowadays? I haven’t ordered from here for a while so didn’t realise it had new owners until seeing the reviews. I’ve paid via contactless plenty of times with the previous owners but after ordering today over the phone, I get down there to collect the food only to be told it’s cash only ??♂️ I had to tell them to cancel the order as I don’t carry a bank card, so £30 worth of food was probably wasted. If you don’t accept cash, maybe you should train your staff to tell people that before they have their time wasted.

Found out after purchasing its under new ownership. Quality of food was extremely low. Greasy and extremely salty. Not nice at all. Shame was a family favourite. Won’t be going back.
