I wouldn't normally review a chain store but Canterbury seriously deserve some recognition! Best selection I've seen in a Superdry for a while but better than that is the staff. They really are so warm and helpful. Long story short we came on holiday with literally one pair of pants as the weight was too much for our motorbike so were on an emergency clothing run and looking for shoes. The staff were helpful with the style my husband chose and sizing despite probably being a bit close to closing time and even remembered us when we bought another pair for me the next day. Thank you to all the staff at Superdry Canterbury for the warm welcome!

I called to buy a new winter coat a great selection, the one I chose had a dirty mark on it the guy serving me noticed it and offered to order me one from the warehouse delivery to store free of charge .I dont recall the guys name who served me but he was very helpful and gave excellent customer service.

Had a particularly unpleasant experience here picked up an item from a rack which stated up to 30% off , we where shopping on student shopping night, the person at the till (horrible women, think she was a manager or acted like it) the teller applied the flat 10% or whatever it was that was being advertised when I mentioned ‘actually I think it’s up to 30% off could you check’\\n\\nInstead of actually going to look the teller said ‘I’m not going to add 30% to the 10% and laughed??? I never asked for that I just asked that since it said up to 30% it could in fact more than than the 10% promotion going, absolute shambolic customer service I was with a group of 6 and you have lost our business forever due to that interaction or how rude the staff member was\\n\\nSo arrogant, that whilst walking past today I remember how horrible the customer service was, avoid this branch at all costs, zero effort at retaining or cultivating a client-base!\\n\\nCould have simply said, or bothered to inquire 2 other staff members literally doing nothing but standing there could have looked! Joke
