Really lovely staff, especially the young lady with pink and green hair called Alice. She was very sweet and attentive and showed me all the pastries when I wasn’t sure what I wanted.

Sandwiches and pastries are really tasty. It's true that the staff can be a bit uninvolved depending on the person serving you but it never put me off coming back. Dog friendly too.

Nice enough coffee shop, slightly unkempt by the end of the day, obviously not cleaned that much during the day, but nice coffee, comfortable chairs, nice flapjack, convenient location.

Oh dear. We entered the empty shop and I was surprised to see how big it is.We approached the counter and found that the 2 members of staff that weren't particularly inviting.Things didn't get better. We had to tell the staff that most of their cakes had flies on and they didn't seem to care. A half arsed attempt to shoo them away and a pathetic excuse when he pointed to the fly zapper near on a wall some distance away. Other coffee shops in town have methods to protect their food that are very simple. After making the prompt decision not to get anything to eat, I decided to have just a hot chocolate. Alas, we were told they didn't have any. So i decided to try a latte. This too, was a wrong decision. The coffee was too hot and tasted burnt. There was no lids and nothing to protect my fingers from burning. It quickly made its way to the bin.I won't he returning. There are far superior coffee shops a shot distance.

Its nice but the thing that irked me was that there were no signs (not that I saw anyway) to say to use the toilets you need to use the code at the bottom of the recipt. This isnt a problem if there had been signs up at the bottom of the cafe but after walking up the stairs just to be told you need the bloomin recipt was annoying and we were never given a recipt either.Other than that niggle to be fair service was good and was clean.

Such a lovely cafe with a wide range of cakes and pastries to choose from. The amiable, young man on the till was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely visit again.

Sat my elderly parents down while queueing I go pay for sandwich’s and our hot food to be told cash is NOT accepted there . No notice except in front of the till a very small one! The macaroni was like slop! Awful.

Everything was lovely until. I asked for access to disabled toilet. It's upstairs and the lifts broken. I said you should put a sign up. I've just drunk a very large coffee. So I had to shuffle out and find a toilet.
