Rooms: Very large clean room, and good size ensuite. All staff polite and friendly. Have already recommended it to friends who are planning a visit to CanterburyNearby activities: Easy access to cathedral Canterbury still has a lot of old buildings.Food & drinks: Typical spoons, but well prepared.

From the number of times friends said to me "I didn't know that Wetherspoons did accommodation" This rates as a best kept secret.Clean, well appointed and the staff are all so very friendly. And downstairs is decent and well priced food and drink.Knocks spots off the more well known budget hotels.I'll be looking for more Wetherspoons hotels to enjoy.
Great bar, typical wetherspoons, very good value for drinks and

Chips were undercooked and soggy and the onion Bhaji was cremated, looked like lava rock, asked for a less burnt one and pretty sure they bought the same one over. Staff member serving us seemed clueless and even watched them being unhelpful at other

I have been to many wetherspoons in my time, so I understand what to expect when walking into one. I ordered a tikka masala alongside an onion bhaji and samosa, the onion bhaji was unfortunately cremated, I spoke to a staff member who was clearly oblivious and seemed to be aimlessly walking around. I had a replacement onion bhaji which was also cremated... I understand it's wetherspoons and the food is cheap along with the drinks however it is pretty simple to spot when food is cremated and then to replace it with another cremated one... pretty funny
Good meal, very busy there and
Great pub great
