I alwaye go to waitrose at least 3 days a week for shopping and visiting their cafe.Staff are very polite and helpful. Waitrose cafe offers various foods and snacks.

A small coffee shop inside of the Waitrose that is near to the city centre of Canterbury.Good, strong coffee for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the cleaness (or lack of cleaness) wasn't that reasonable.Parking: Free parking for 90 minutes long

Popped in as I was passing. This is a great city centre grocery store. It stocks some John Lewis household items too which is nice and young children's clothes. A great selection of food with some nice bits for any special occasion. Lovey choice of flowers too. Will definitely pop in again

I was able to get most of what I wanted...nectarines disappointing, considering that you pay top dollar. Vanessa on till was lovely and even offered to let me have some of her cloves (out of stock) if I could pop back next day. Above and beyond. Should be Managing the store!

Nice store. Well stocked with staff who are always helpful. Underground car park a bit tight but free for 1.5 hours. Stock levels can be a bit hit and miss, but generally pretty good.

We, my friends and I, went to the café. The food was lovely, especially the spicey chicken soup. We were served by Ben, nothing was too much trouble for him. He and his colleagues were warm, welcoming and helpful. Definitely returning!

Always friendly helpful staff and I can always find everything I'm looking for. I love the variety of ingredients you can get in Waitrose. The store is never too busy that you have to queue for long, I really like the Quick Check where you scan as you go and pay at the separate check out as its so quick. I love Waitrose!
