We were regulars at the Ewe and Lamb in the past and it is a pleasure to go back after a 10 year break. We had a delightful meal. The chef is really good and we enjoyed every course. Excellent mushroom starter and ham hock followed by the best and biggest pork chop I have had in a long time with my wife enjoying a sea bream. Tasty puddings. Nice efficient ladies serving made it an enjoyable dinner. My only suggestion would be to put a small light on the table as a bit dark where we sat.To be recommended. We will be back - soon.

Their food is always special, you are welcomed by Elsie and if you booked your name is on your table! George makes the most delicious Barnsley chops and puddings to die for! The prices are very competitive especially for the treat you will have in store for you when you make it a date. Thank you

We were a party of 8 booked in for a Christmas meal. Firstly the choice on offer for the meal was excellent and gave everyone options. On the night, the service was immaculate with time to catch up with friends and no rushing to get us out of the door. The food was fantastic! I cannot fault the attention given to each plate and all were delivered piping hot with extra vegetables offered at no extra cost. The deserts were well portioned and scrumptious! All in all a really professional service and all of us will definitely be back! ??
