We dined here tonight for the first time with a voucher code from Red Letter Days which we received for Christmas. The service was excellent and food was delicious, piping hot and portions were very generous. We will definitely return.

We had a beautiful meal yesterday. The food was piping hot and delicious. The children loved their pizzas and there was activity sheets and crayons for them. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was the only restaurant that we went to that would seat us without a reservation. Highly recommended when it at bluewater.

The good: food was wel prepared and clearly had good quality and fresh ingredients.\\nThe not-so-good: the waiter was awkward, trying to come across as helpful and attentive, but clearly wasn't interested. The portion size was disappointing.\\nThe whole experience wasn't on par with what you pay.

Decent Italian food. Nice friendly service. Price wasn’t too bad. I ate in two different Ask Italians so this might not be the one in the mall. Since everything was pretty much identical I’m not sure it matters that much as it’s a chain. The service in both was quite good.\\n\\nWe purchased some nice balsamic vinegar for a friend. They also had EVOO for sale.

So, really looking forward to lunch with friends at 12:30 today at ASK when the manager rang me at 12:03!!\\n\\nHe really couldn’t have cared less when he told me in a bored tone that he had no gas and I would only be able to have pizza.\\n\\nNot sure when the gas went off but it sounded as if it had been off all morning.\\n\\nQuite a few people ,ourselves included , crossed to the other side of the walkway into Bella Italia. The food wasn’t great and the menu limited but the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help.

Slow service. The seating was covered in more crumbs and dirt than I have ever seen. Couldn't seem to wipe them away. The kids starter veg seemed old. My main was tiny and left me very hungry. Can't wait to get out of here. Won't be coming back

I had the calamari for starters but I wasnt entirely that impressed about it they were very thinly cut (and I prefer them thicker) and they were a bit chewy, for my main I had the fungi risotto with chicken which was delicious. The staff were absolutely gorgeous so so friendly , helpful and lovely, so would recommend a visit and it was our first time there too.
