If you go in there at night the guy either hides out the back, or watches you knock on the window from his own car on the forecourt. It's no wonder everybody goes to the one across the road

When to filling up petrol on 25/05/2022 at night Anna was on the till didn’t authorize the pump because she was busy with her phone, I waited few minutes and went and asked, her replied to me very rudely go and fill up again and again she was busy with her phone, very bad customer service.

Wouldn't accept voucher for daily mail that the Daily mail sent .Also in past times the codes on back of DAILY MAIL,allready been used..??....

Absolutely love this place for having the petrol for me to be able to carry on about my business. Queues weren’t too bad and staff were lovely. Well done guys….keep up the good work.

Would like to give no star's Absolutely terrible service, I'm sure I'm not the only person that has filled up with fuel and has then had the embarrassment of their card being declined I was horrified that my card got declined and that I had no other means of payment with me I asked if I could contact someone and possibly have them pay over the phone but was told that they couldn't take payment over the phone so I said that I would give my details and showed them identification and said that I would return with the paymentbut they told me that I couldn't leave and started to call the police I told them this was not necessary and left my details and returned to my car I started to pull away and they grabbed a as blue container and attempted to throw it at my car now I know that most petrol stations have a procedure for no means to pay so knew that leaving them my details and showing id was the right thing to do I will lay money on the fact that theres no procedure that says to throw things at a customer's car I found them very intimidating and aggressive
