I have ordered from this burger king multiple times for delivery/in person and each time the order is wrong, cold or missing items. Burger was wrong, sent the wrong drink, chips container only half full. You would think for the price you pay the service and food would be great, this just isn't the case. I'm now at the point where I wont be using this establishment again and cant recommend others get food from here.

Food was great, service on the drive through was ok, the only issue was the person taking the order didn't hear us say 2 meals and we had to queue again for our second meal. The drinks were flat, we got Fanta and Coke and both were flat, didn't taste like fizzy drinks at all.

What an absolute jokeGone through the drive through, staff member couldn’t be bothered . Ended up going inside where the same staff member served me. The were not busy at all, but it seemed it was a mauve inconvenience I came in to order food. When eventually got my order there were stuff missing from my burger, the bun was dry. The worst burger I ever had - worse than mc Donald’sAbsolutely disgusting service and foodStaff member was miserable , sounded like he couldn’t be bothered to serve enough that my parter didn’t order food in the end

Food was fantastic, staff were great. Mohammed was an absolute legend, a good laugh and helped me navigate the ways of the burger as I was hankering for a big meal.Went with the new peppercorn Angus, doubled up the patty and upgraded to the loaded fried.Deliveries, hot, filling and not bad on the price.Peeps are forever however in regards to the cleanliness of the place. Could definitely do better there, big time!

I am terrified about ehat happened couple of minutes ago.II been there at 9.15 pm for buying 2 meals and i found the front door locked but people inside and working like usualI went round to drivetrough at window to ppace an order and the guy from there was told me he don't have insurance to serve me at window . I try to explain my car is in the car park but he insisted without the car i can't order.I went to the car park and came back driving and same guy was very frustrated that i have returned and start arguing with me i need to reverse to place order to speaker outside wich i did.After placing the order i pay the order and i ask the guy name for making a complain because i didnt like how i was treated.In this time the guy became very aggresive and told me to go to hell and is not my business his name and start swearing at me. In this moment i started to record and he came out from the shop and start beeing aggresive and hit my car with his hand.Other employees came out and took him inside and i was served by another employee Danielle and i asked for the manager to discuss about this.The manager Andrew came to discuss and his problem was mostly why i started recording the previos guy. After explanation Andrew (the manager) understood my p.o.v and told me the employee name witch is ALFIE.Alfie was very unprofessional and is my worst experience with burger king since i m using.I have video/audio proof about this and i will make it public if u dont take any action and start to investigate.I repeat i been there 45 minutes before closing time and i was treated like a scum bag

Very poor customer service with rude staff.BK app promotes Whopper Wednesday for £1.99 for this particular branch.Go into drive through... Sorry we don't participate... I argue... Told have to go into restaurant.I park up and go in.Show voucher to staff member.Sorry we don't participate..I argue that I was sent inside by the person who spoke to me in drive through...Staff member raised his voice and said WE DON'T PARTICIPATE in front of other customers...I explained that I have ordered this promotional deal numerous times..Again, raised voice.. So rude..The restaurant is below par compared to the BK chains and I can now clearly see why.Extremely poor customer service!

We had a bit of a wait before we were acknowledged. Once a staff member spoke to us it wasn't too long before the food came.The chips were very good and hot. The burger was ok but should have been warmer. The restaurant was very empty so no atmosphere.The decor is dated. Cleanliness not great. More than a bit shabby.Please please can you do decaffeinated coffee!!! Tim Hortons does as do all coffee shops.The problem this branch has is the fact that store is split between in house, drive through and deliveries and I think in house customers suffer.

This place was deserted, completely empty and im not surprised, food was ok but what a mess! It was dirty and untidy, I used the toilet and it was rotten!
