You should provide full training to your employees before put them on the counter. I fully understand that the are beginners, but to wait 10-15 min for a coffee and a muffin (which they forgot about it) it’s a joke. Not respecting the queue, not apologising… it’s sad.

I have been coming this costa for a few years now and I can not fault the service. Red head manager, ginger guy with glasses and another lady with blonde hair who sometimes put colours in to it. Those 3 seem to be the longest employees in this branch. I watch as I eat my toast and drink my coffee. They seem to master their customers needs pretty well. Always professional. Some days I feel low and each time I enter costa it’s like a safe space. All 3 manage to make me feel special whether that’s just general chitchat or going out of their way to bring your items to you when not so busy although even when busy they may still bring items too you, it does happen. They seem to do this with ALL of their customers. I doubt I could work here as it is always focused on making the customer happy which in turn means the employees have to present them self positive at all times. I think this is quite powerful showing sheer grit and strength to be able to do this day in day out. When there is an issue they do seem to try rectify it asap. Extremely happy I am able to experience this when I visit. Keep doing your thing guys it’s appreciated from all your customers :)

Very dirty, tables were not cleaned and toilet was filthy. Staff slow and not so friendly. Coffee was nice.
