We were regular customers, but the last experience left a really bad taste for us. Our payment didn’t go through the first time, we paid on second attempt. Approved on their machine, the girl nodes that everything is ok. 2 minutes later, another lady was screaming that we need to pay, we showed her that in our application it’s paid. After that she is still very rude and insist that we need to pay again that it doesn’t matter that our card app it’s showed approved. Very rude and unprofessional, for us it was the last time there.
By far my favourite go to costa, local lake to walk around and small pond outside to sit by makes the coffee even more enjoyable.
